Carrying enough water on longer rides can be a problem. This is especially true for touring cyclists in the southwest as well as parts of the world where potable water sources are far apart. We designed the Mojave cage to fit 32oz (907 gr.) Nalgene bottles, 32 oz (907 gr.) insulated Klean Kanteen bottles, and 40oz (1134 gr.) Klean Kanteen stainless steel bottles.
The mounting tab has 5 holes to allow you to mount it in three positions, higher or lower as best fits your frame. You can also mount it on newer frames with three water bottle screw bosses. Construction is all stainless steel.
One caveat, the Klean Kanteen bottle is pretty tall, about 29cm with the sport top. It may not fit inside the main triangle of smaller frames. The Nalgene is shorter, but doesn't offer a sport top.

Auf längeren Fahrten ausreichend Wasser mitzunehmen kann ein Problem sein. Das gilt besonders für Radreisende im Südwesten der USA sowie in Teilen der Welt, in denen Trinkwasserquellen weit auseinanderliegen. Wir haben den Mojave-Flaschenhalter so konstruiert, dass er zu 32-oz-Nalgene-Flaschen (ca. 0,95 l), isolierten 32-oz-Klean-Kanteen-Flaschen und 40-oz-Klean-Kanteen-Edelstahlflaschen (ca. 1,2 l) passt.
Die Montagelasche hat 5 Löcher, sodass du ihn in drei Positionen montieren kannst, höher oder tiefer, je nachdem, was zu deinem Rahmen passt. Du kannst ihn auch an neueren Rahmen mit drei Flaschenhalter-Gewinden montieren. Komplett aus Edelstahl gefertigt.
Eine Einschränkung: Die Klean-Kanteen-Flasche ist ziemlich hoch, etwa 29 cm mit Sport-Verschluss. Sie passt eventuell nicht in das Hauptdreieck kleinerer Rahmen. Die Nalgene ist niedriger, hat aber keinen Sport-Verschluss.
